Dr. Jacqueline Cheng is a double-board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon born in Akron, Ohio and raised in Mountain View, California.

Upon completion of her fellowship, operating her own practice was of the utmost importance as she wanted to create long-lasting patient relationships while helping them achieve confidence through aesthetic medicine. Practicing in the Bay Area for over 20 years, she has established a very well-known and respected medical practice alongside her brother, Dr. Elbert Cheng. At Cheng Plastic Surgery, they are able to combine each of their personal styles and expertise to create the most beautiful and natural results for all of their patients.

Education

Dr. Jacqueline Cheng received her Bachelor of Arts and her Medical Degree in a combined six-year BA-MD program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She graduated with high distinction and received numerous honors including junior membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and the Merck Manual Award for Outstanding Achievement in Medical Education.

After graduation, she completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Illinois-Chicago where she was fortunate to train under two internationally known facial plastic surgeons, Dr. Eugene Tardy and Dr. Dean Toriumi. After her residency, Dr. Jacqueline also completed advanced fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Meridian Plastic Surgery Center in Indianapolis under the direction of Dr. Stephen Perkins, who is a well-respected facial plastic surgeon and past president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
